SMT Carriers 

These toolings are used mainly to support and protect the pcb or flex pcb during the entire smt assembly process. They reduce setup time because they serve as the panelization details for singulated units. They also reduce unit handling and help to improve solderability in the reflow oven.

 

We design carriers with cover plates which helps to ensure that flex pcbs does not move and get misaligned thoughout the screen printing and mounting process.

 

Gull wings are implemented to be compatible with most conveyor systems.
