SMT Process Engineer
Qualifications
- Graduate of BSECE, BS ME, BS ECE, BS CoE, or BSIE
- At least 3 years experience in Engineering function on SMT, PCB Assembly, Automotive Electronics, Semicon
Job Description
- Supports the SMT production line by improving the processes, attending to and assessing process issues and coming up to an effective resolution, designing jigs, process automations, establishing process controls, out of control action plans and criteria.
- Qualifies new operators and recertify operators on semi-annual basis.
- Creates, revises or updates work instructions and other manufacturing documents and to implement those changes in production line.
- Can do FMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions and Technical Reports

We are currently in need of Bulk of Production Operators:
- High School/ College level/ Graduate of Technical or Vocational Course.
- With experience in SMT production is a plus.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Biñan City Laguna.
- Direct Hire and Permanent positions available.
- With available requirements will be prioritized.
